Seasons Greetings! from the A-HA team



We wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all our clients, partners and friends for your ongoing support and being part of the A-HA! tribe.

It’s finally that wonderful time of the year where we start to reflect on the year that was; the inspiring global women’s march to the same sex marriage vote. It has been a significant year for humans all over the world.

At A-HA, we’ve also had an action packed 2017 as we reflect on some of our own achievements across the last 12 months:

  • We’re very proud to have recently launched the beta phase of PPLYTX
    (pronounced people-lytics), a reporting dashboard to help you measure your diversity data by composition, pay equity and performance with ease and speed while providing insights.
  • We piloted our successful STEM + T schools program in partnership with Roseville College, a Sydney based Girls’ school and leading construction and infrastructure firms, Boral and Downer. This initiative empowers teachers to close the gender pay gap and is part of our Blueprint for Change mandate vision developed out of the Construction & Infrastructure Roundtable that was convened to tackle the Diversity & Inclusion issues in the industry.
  • Our team has grown with eleven talented new joiners, including new Principals and Agile People specialists.

With all of that greatness, we think it’s time for a well deserved break to celebrate the holidays and moments of togetherness with our loved ones while keeping a watchful eye out for Santa’s arrival.

We hope you enjoy your festive break and look forward to working with you again in 2018.

Just a reminder that our office will be closed over the festive period from Friday 22nd December and we’ll be back on board from Tuesday 9th January 2018.
