The Centre for Workplace Leadership engaged A-HA to work on the Gender Equality Strategy project in 2015, a project for the Department of Employment. A-HA worked with our researchers during the interviews contributing questions and feedback based on their expert knowledge; and assisted in writing and editing the case studies. A-HA were a pleasure to work with and helped us meet a very tight project timeline. The support and expertise A-HA provided contributed to the success of the project and has led us to hire A-HA for a new project currently underway.

Our firm has been in operation for over 7 years and last year we reached a point where we realised we needed the support of an experienced HR professional. Due to our extensive regional footprint, it was imperative that the facilitators understood the varied and often complex operating environments for each of our regions, which A-HA were able to demonstrate a flexible approach which drove consistency across the program roll out.

My first impression of Katriina was someone who immediately puts you at ease, is non-judgmental,  able to get a quick sense of your needs and then provides the right direction. She has a great capacity to convert theoretical concepts or complexity into very practical and tangible outcomes. For example, when we were developing our Diversity communications strategy, Katriina provided guidance which helped re- shape the work into a simple and effective framework.
