Bernadette is a seasoned People and Culture Executive, leadership coach, and founder of welltech and femtech apps. Known for her pragmatic and empathetic approach, she helps clients start and scale businesses with innovative strategies and insights for growth.

Frankie Toffolo

HR Business Partner

Frankie was admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales in 2022 and with 5 years’ experience in criminal law, she is excited to apply her skillset to the world of HR and employment law. Frankie has a particular interest in exploring issues relating to the ever-changing nature of the workplace, and how these align with her passion for strengthening company culture for the better.

aimi is our very talented Operational Excellence Manager. She has years of experience managing small businesses, coordinating events and making sure things get done. Roy Ah-See is an inspirational leader who believes land rights and connection to country is integral to the spiritual healing and cultural empowerment of Aboriginal people. Roy is the Co-Chair of the Prime Minister’s Indigenous Advisory Council, Chairperson of the NSW Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC), a Board member of the Indigenous Business Australia (IBA), and Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation, (ILC).

Michelle is a seasoned organisational development and learning professional who combines a deep knowledge and understanding of human behaviour with a wealth of real-world experience from both the corporate and public sectors. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and culture development, change management and organisational performance in a range of industries and sectors, Michelle has an extensive “kit bag” to draw from to tackle any challenge.

Formerly from the Tech sector, Deb has over 20 years’ experience delivering evidence-based Diversity & Inclusion strategies. She has extensive intercultural experience in the APJ & Greater China, US, LATAM and European regions, Brazil and Bulgaria.
