Challenge

Boral Limited, aimed to enhance its diversity and inclusion practices as part of its continuous improvement plans. They sought assistance in reviewing their  D&I strategy and developing an implementation plan to drive long-term improvements in diversity outcomes.

Approach

Working closely with Boral’s Diversity Council, A-HA facilitated a comprehensive review of Boral’s D&I  strategy. We collaborated to develop an implementation plan aligned with best practices. Our partnership with Boral involved a commitment to ongoing support and collaboration to ensure the successful execution of the project.

Solution

A-HA and Boral agreed upon a fixed project partnership and embarked on a journey to design and deliver the diversity and inclusion project together. Our hands-on approach allowed us to work side by side with Boral, immersing ourselves in the business to understand its unique challenges and opportunities. This collaborative effort ensured that the implementation plan was tailored to Boral’s specific needs and objectives.

Experience

Through our partnership with Boral, we have witnessed the development of a compelling narrative on how diversity and inclusion adds value to their business. Boral has implemented key initiatives that are poised to deliver value for years to come, demonstrating their commitment to embracing an inclusive workplace culture.

What our clients have to say

My first impression of Katriina was someone who immediately puts you at ease, is non-judgmental,  able to get a quick sense of your needs and then provides the right direction. She has a great capacity to convert theoretical concepts or complexity into very practical and tangible outcomes. For example, when we were developing our Diversity communications strategy, Katriina provided guidance which helped re- shape the work into a simple and effective framework.
