CBA’s Enterprise Services aimed to assess and enhance their workplace culture to ensure it was truly inclusive. They sought to identify areas of strength and improvement to support diversity and inclusion across the organisation.


A-HA was engaged to conduct a comprehensive consultation across CBA’s Enterprise Services business. We designed and facilitated employee listening sessions, engaging with a representative sample of the workforce to gather insights into the existing culture.


Through the consultation process, we identified strong themes that both promoted and detracted from diversity and inclusion within the organisation. These insights formed the basis for a targeted culture change program. We conducted workshops with the senior leadership team to articulate their aspirations for the division, allowing us to measure the gap between the current and desired state. Based on our research, we developed and enrolled a strategy and action plan alongside the leadership team.


A-HA’s consultation and strategic approach have enabled CBA’s Enterprise Services to drive positive cultural change towards greater inclusivity. By engaging with employees and senior leaders, we facilitated a deeper understanding of the organisation’s culture and provided actionable recommendations to bridge the gap between the current and desired state of inclusion.
