Solution
A-HA addressed various HR challenges, including the transmission of business obligations, disability discrimination risk mitigation, and establishing inter-office secondment arrangements. Additionally, we executed a project to develop and embed a professional development plan and performance appraisal process, focusing on capability framework alignment, KPI setting, coaching, and platform implementation.
